Income Support

The U.S. Social Security Administration administers two income assistance programs for individuals with disabilities:  Social Security Disability Income (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI).  Individuals may be eligible for either one or both of these programs.  This fact sheet presents a side-by-side summary of SSDI and SSI.

Click here for information about SSDI Eligibility.

Click here for information about SSI Eligibility for Children, or here for SSI Eligibility for Adults.

The State of New Hampshire also administers income support programs for children and adults.
